Select Apogee & Plan Audit
Select audit team, confirm date/availability, sign agreement, provide PO.
Project Deposit
A deposit is due before the audit is conducted.
Audit Execution
Confirm goals, create audit plan, conduct audit, draft audit report.
Close Out Activities
Provide report, debrief/discuss, payment.
